This is a very comfortable, quiet location with two very kind people who own and run it. They made us feel like family. The room was cozy and clean. Newer mattress. Fridge and microwave! We were very impressed for the price! Thank you for even treating our puppy like family!
Had everything I needed for a quick stay. AC, microwave and tv worked. The smoke detector in the room was missing, but that's it
Incredibly friendly staff! We were driving through a winter storm and needed a room right away. They were extremely accommodating and gave us a room as soon as we got there. The room was decently clean and had everything we needed as we waited the storm out. Thanks again for the help and accommodating our urgent request!
We were a little concerned about staying here after reading some of the reviews, but our concerns turned out to be unfounded. We needed a place to sleep on our journey across the country and this place met our need perfectly. While the place is a bit dated, our room was clean, sheets were clean, and bed was comfortable. I slept well and felt safe. The manager and his wife were very kind and accommodating. The price was right. We were pleased with our choice to stay here.
This place was very clean and comfortable. I arrived at 8:00 p.m., and the air conditioner was on in the room for us. Everything was clean & functional, the bed was comfortable, and the shower head was fantastic. The mini fridge was nice and cold, there was a small microwave there, plus a coffee maker. I wish there were more electrical outlets. Nowadays, motels have the outlets with the USB ports, this had nothing; I had to plug in my phone by the sink. Work needs to be done on the parking lot, you couldn't see the lines where to park, and there were cigarette butts all over the place. Given the number of weekly residents that were there, it was very quiet, which is surprising. They would have so much more business if they didn't have the weekly and monthly residents. It was price friendly, although I was not informed of the dog fee when I was making the reservation, so that was a surprise. It's difficult to find somebody at the front desk, but when they showed up, my key and was receipt were ready. I will definitely stay here again in the future.
We stopped after a long day and we were so happy we did. First of all the building is vintage and so cool! The architecture is mid century modern! You can tell that they are in the process of updating and what they have done so far is great! I'm happy to see they are not making it modern. The lady at the front desk was sooo nice and inviting!!! When we got into the room we were greeted by a small cozy room and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel! It is a smoking or non smoking room and they informed us of that BEFORE we entered the room. After about 10 minutes we didn't notice the smell anymore. The bed linens were clean and didn't smell nor did the towels. This place is AMAZING!!
Convenient location and great value. All the cable TV channels you would ever want to watch and reliable internet. Hot water and clean. As a solo traveler, I felt safe. It’s not fancy but everything you need. Mike, the new owner is a solid guy. He could have charged extra for the short notice and extra pups but he didn’t. Highly recommend!
Depending on which building you get a room in the condition seems to fluctuate between just okay, to nice/newer/tidy.
